Our history

After a successful career in football Søren Lerby (Ajax, Bayern Munich, AS Monaco and PSV) decides to focus on the management of high potential football players. Essel Sports Management has more than 25 years of experience with international transfers, from young talented players to highly experienced internationals, from small to large clubs around the world. We’ve worked with Wesley Sneijder and Rafael van der Vaart from a young age, and also collaborated with Marco van Basten and John van’t Schip.

Essel Sports Management has grown over the years and is now recognized as one of the most respected international agencies.
